Open Source Software is available under its respective license, as stated in its documentation. You agree to follow the terms of the open-source license when using this software.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NightVoid Entertainment disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
